鉄道模型で最も楽しく、基本的なアイテムがポイントです。
KATOユニトラック電動ポイントは、道床内に直流式ポイントマシンをコンパクトに収め、見た目のリアルさと自由な線路プランが可能です。本線には分岐の大きな6番ポイント、引き込み線やヤードなどには分岐の小さな4番ポイントが有効で、お好みで自由に線路プランを展開可能です。
電動でポイントを作動させるには、別売のポイントスイッチやポイント延長コードが必要です。ポイントと併せてご利用ください。

Nゲージ道床付線路システムの決定版として好評を博するKATOユニトラック線路システムに、電動Y字ポイント2番が仲間入りしました。
基本寸法は電動ポイント4番に準じており、長さが124mm、曲線部の半径がR481mm。既存の電動4番ポイントの左右を合体させ、Y字に仕上げた形状をイメージしてください。
R481-15°を両側に足していただくことでユニトラックの複線間隔66mmが構成され、島式ホーム(#20-806/23-120など)を組み入れることが可能です。
Y字ポイントといえば、ローカル線での行き違い駅をイメージしますが、その使い道は実に多彩。V15 複線駅構内線路セットと組み合わせて、近郊駅での複線内に収まる折り返し線の再現など、使い道はアイデアしだい。兄弟ともいえる電動ポイント4番(右・左)と組み合わせれば、どんどん展開が広がります。
路盤幅や外観等の基本規格(単線・黒色木枕木)は、単線ユニトラックに準拠していますので、直線線路やポイントなど、従来のユニトラックとの互換性も充分です。
